Welcome to the Brilliant Writer’s Recipe Book! I’m so excited to have you on board. There’s lots to learn in the next few weeks!
I really want your experience in this program to be as smooth and helpful as possible, so this handy page will explain how everything works.
Keep reading to learn how to navigate this program and get the most out of the training.
The program consists of 4 training modules:
The first 2 modules go over how to use journaling to figure out where you’ve been in order to find out where you want to go.
The next 2 modules knuckle down on your vision and plan and teaches you practical strategies to help you achieve it.
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to submit your assignments for personal feedback, if you choose.
In the meantime, here is an overview of the program modules:
Until you understand where you came from, it can be hard to move on. This module will help you sift through your past systematically, picking out the pearls to use for later…
A lot of what’s holding you back are the habits, thoughts, and behaviors that you are engaging in RIGHT NOW. But do you even know what they are?
This module will help you figure out your true strengths and weaknesses so that you can use them effectively and efficiently.
You don’t want to get to the top of the ladder of success only to find that it’s been leaning against the wrong wall.
This module will help you clarify your true goals (not your mother’s or neighbor’s or older brother’s goals, but YOURS) so that you can set your ladder against the right wall.
In this module, we will get into the nuts and bolts of the powerful yet flexible Brilliant Writer journal writing system.
There are 3 types of training units:
Lessons: You can go back and forth between lessons using the page navigation arrows at the bottom of each page, or by clicking on the navigation menu in the right sidebar on each page, which includes a site map as well as direct links to each module.
Resources (including any article recommendations and downloadable PDFs) are available in the sidebar as well for reference.
Challenges are found at the end of each module. Sending your answers to the challenges (or part of your answers) in is optional, for those who want feedback. If so, simply email it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and feedback will be given the following week.
This is a potentially life-changing, perspective-shifting journey for you. You may move quickly, you may move more slowly, but there’s no going back.
Modules will be available each week, and you are encouraged to follow along. But if something comes up, no worries.
Life happens. If you’re worried about your progress, just email me at email@example.com.
And whenever you hit a goal let me know – big or small doesn’t matter. I’d love to celebrate with you!
